Thank you for choosing Liberty. All orders through our website can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cryptocurrencies, and money orders. We ship orders once they are paid in full.
Product availability, orders, returns/refunds:
Each order placed on our website is subject to the availability of product. Prices for products may change according to Liberty’s discretion and in response to changes in production costs. We may, at any time, limit or refuse the sale of our products to any customer; likewise, we have the right to contact relevant authorities for orders that appear to be fraudulent.
For wholesale orders, prices for products are provided once contacting appropriate sales representative or email@example.com. All wholesale orders include MAP pricing as designated on sales order / invoice and as listed on our website. Any wholesale customer who does not follow MAP pricing will be discontinued as a customer and contacted about rights to sell goods.
We will accept returns or exchanges for defective products. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with description of situation and images, and we will review your case. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or taste.
All orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days of receiving. In the event of a delay in processing or shipping, we will notify the customer with the contact information provided upon ordering.
Liberty is located in Northern California and has been, and will continue to be, subjected to PG&E power outages at any time. If these situations should affect our abilities to process or ship orders we will notify customers, but ask for patience and understanding about delays.
Our packages ship from USPS, and tracking information will be provided for each order. Packages are shipped with USPS First Class mail (est. 3-5 business days) or Priority mail (est. 2 business days). These are estimates provided by USPS, and Liberty is not responsible for any USPS delays. We understand that you may want your order expedited or shipped through another carrier, and are willing to accommodate requests. Email requests to email@example.com and we will work together to find the best solution.
International orders are subject to U.S. and foreign export controls. When ordering from Liberty you agree to comply with export regulations and controls. Customers and import duties might apply to sales, and those charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Liberty Brand Hemp does not take responsibility for any additional charges that result from shipping internationally, as regulations and charges vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with export regulations and controls in designated country; additionally, Liberty is not responsible for improper international shipping practices.
Tracking package, lost packages, damaged packages:
Though it is rare, sometimes packages get lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.
If a package says “delivered” on the USPS tracking information provided but is not present, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in contacting USPS about the situation; however, Liberty is not responsible for lost packages that say “delivered” and confirm the address of the recipient.
For packages sent to the wrong address, we will reship package at no additional cost if correct shipping address was provided at the time of purchase. If the incorrect address was provided, we will reship the package for the cost of the redelivery when we receive the original package. Please verify correct shipping address is provided when placing order. If an invalid address is provided (one that the USPS cannot recognize) then your shipment will be delayed until new address is provided.
For damaged or defective packages, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the package with images of damage and description of situation. After the 5 day period of receiving your package we assume that it arrived safely with all products ordered.
